Phill Perron, The HDD Company 
Phill Perron is the Vice President, Projects of the HDD Company, a division of the Crossing Group. Phill is a Canadian national and served 10 years in the Royal Canadian Air Force as a Supply Chain Operations Officer. Following his completion of multiple tours he accepted a position at Lockheed Martin as a Supply Chain Lead for the Canadian C130J Hercules Program. Phill Perron joined the Crossing Group in 2019 and most recently completed his Master’s in supply chain and Logistics, notably defending his thesis on the supply chain challenges experienced in the deployment and sustainment of HDD rigs in the United States.
